Refund policy

When returning a faulty / non faulty product...

Faulty: If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us via email at deborah@tancouver.com. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and will be returned to your original method of payment. 

Non Faulty: You may return any unused & unopened items to us within 14 days of receipt. All the original packaging / cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Any opened product is unfit for re sale and will not be accepted.
